Korean automaker Hyundai, after completing its two successful seasons in 2014 and 2015 with WRC now again brings Hyundai i20 WRC 2016. The WRC series helped the brand to return in the competitive market after 11 years of struggle. The New Generation i20 WRC is the product of a full year of development and with a more experienced team. It is the car with a big step up in all areas from the previous versions. Let us have a close look the reviews of the gorgeous Hyundai i20 WRC 2016 and get to know more about the gestures it contains.

INTERIOR

Hyundai i20 WRC 2016 will come with more adorable features than the previous version s the i20 WRC series. The seats, steering wheel, pedals, and gear shifter will be replaced with race-spec units, while the standard instrument cluster will make way for a simpler display for the car’s vital information. The seats of the model will be crafted with the glorious leather and fabric. The sitting positions are comfortable for better sporty driving experience. An FIA-spec roll cage will round off the cabin. There is lot of kit, including electric windows all-round, rear parking sensors, 16-inch alloys, voice activated Bluetooth, and cruise control. In all the interior of i20 WRC will provide the good driving experience. Not much info is provided by the brand but the entire interior of the Hyundai i20 WRC 2016 will come with more outstanding and stunning features.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of Hyundai i20 WRC 2016 borrows the design features of its previous siblings including the headlamps and taillights, as well as the reshaped bumpers and the overall silhouette. The front is having a glamorous grille with the ‘i20’ logo amazingly spotted on it. The side view mirrors are also uniquely designed to provide the better rear view to the rider. The more important and different feature is that it is now a five-door racer, whereas the previous car was based on the three-door version. The front has wider front fenders, a redesigned bumper with a massive grille and revised air intakes, and a new engine hood with added vents and quick-release pins. Other changes include the modified side skirts, rally-spec, lightweight wheels and tires, and a roof scoop. At rear end both the taillights and the bumper are nearly identical to the road car; the huge wing mounted on the tailgate changes the i20’s appearance dramatically. By seeing the external gesture of the Hyundai i20 WRC 2016, one can say that it’s the hilarious package of the brand.

PERFORMANCE

Hyundai i20 WRC 2016 is powered with the same turbocharged, 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine found in its predecessor. The output power offered is 300 horsepower with the 300 nm torque. The top speed of the model is 155 mph and the car can knock 0-60 mph in just 5 seconds. It is also aided with six-speed sequential gearbox and an all-wheel drive system. . The i20 WRC also uses a Magneti Marelli engine control unit, mechanical differentials front and rear. There is MacPherson struts with adjustable dampers, ventilated Brembo disc brakes, and 18-inch wheels for tarmac races and 15-inch rims for gravel events.
