Bill Ford, the Ford Motor Company Executive Chairman, introduced the Ford Ka Concept in Camacari, Brazil. With the Ka Concept, Ford hinted at the designs of the upcoming new compact car offerings.
The Ka Concept is a sleek, compact hatchback featuring bold design and roomy interior with high-tech central dashboard. The car is targetted for consumers in growing markets who seek more amenities in hatchbacks.
The Ka Concept showcases the trapezoidal front grille and detailed surface lines, which reflect the new Ford design DNA. The raked hood communicates efficiency and precision, while bold, elongated headlamps add to the long, lean look of the body. Sweeping, curved lines moving from the front of the vehicle to the rear create a sense of movement. The roofline rises from the rear to the trunk lid, where a spoiler, pronounced lines and large taillamps add a strong visual element.
