BMW has announced the BMW 7-Series with advanced diesel technology for US, the 740Ld xDrive sedan, which will make its debut at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show.
Under the hood, the model has a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder diesel engine delivering a total of 255 bhp (190 kW) at 4,000 rpm and an impressive 413 lb-ft (559 Nm) of torque from a low 1,500 rpm to 3,000 rpm. It is matted to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. The BMW 740Ld xDrive can sprint from 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds.
