Audi has unveiled a special edition A5 DTM Champion model to celebrate the success of its own star driver Mike Rockenfeller.
The model will be limited to 300 units only and will come with a choice of three unique colors: Misano red, Daytona gray and Glacier white. All 300 models will be sold exclusively in Europe. This special package is priced at 1,900 euros.
The 2014 Audi A5 DTM Champion will receive other special features which include DTM badges on the door sill trims, fenders, side skirts, a fixed rear wing to match the car’s body color, aluminum look side mirror caps and a new set of 20-inch cast aluminum wheels in a 5 V-spoke design.
There will be a choice of four engines: 2.0 TDI quattro with 130 kW (177 hp), 3.0 TDI quattro with 180 kW (245 hp), 2.0 TFSI quattro with 165 kW (225 hp) and 3.0 TFSI quattro with 200 kW (272 hp).
