The 2015 Tahoe PPV features an all-new interior, exterior and EcoTec3 powertrain, while offering the same basic dimensions, sturdy body-on-frame architecture and versatility that made it the best-selling Chevrolet police vehicle for the last several years.
The 2015 Tahoe PPV will be powered by the standard EcoTec3 5.3L V-8 engine producing 335 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque with improved acceleration. It features direct injection, cylinder deactivation, continuously variable valve timing and an advanced combustion system. The engine is mated to a Hydra-Matic 6L80 six-speed automatic transmission with a unique police-service calibration that supports pursuit performance.
The Tahoe PPV’s versatility and low lifecycle cost have made it a leader among police agencies. The enhancements to the 2015 model have further refined an already great vehicle to give police officers the performance, speed and safety they need.
The Toyota FCV Concept gets a progressive refinement of hydrogen fuel cell technology which gives a range of at least 300 miles (500 km) on a full tank and a refueling time of just around 3 min.
The FCV Concept’s exterior design expresses the key characteristics of a fuel cell vehicle. The front end features pronounced air intakes, while an air-to-water theme is captured in the flowing liquid profile of the doors, a wave motif on the filler cap and a rear-end treatment inspired by the stern of a catamaran.
The model features Toyota’s proprietary compact and lightweight fuel cell stack and a pair of high-pressure (70mPa) hydrogen tanks. The Toyota FC stack has a 3kW/l power output density, which is more than twice that of the system previously used in the FCHV-adv concept, and a maximum power output of at least 100kW. It is also equipped with a high-efficiency boost converter.
Dodge has revealed new Scat Package State kits with Mopar Performance Parts at the 2013 SEMA Motor Show. The new Scat Package performance stage kits for the Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger and Dodge Dart have been introduced in honor of the 45th anniversary of the legendary “Scat Pack Club”.
The Dodge Charger shown at SEMA is customized with Mopar products separate from the Scat Package kits. The Charger rests on 20 x 9-inch unique lightweight wheels, embellished with black Mopar center caps and a Hyperblack II finish. The body is amplified with a side valence, a Scat Pack hard badge in the rear quarter window, a unique new front splitter and Redline rear spoiler.
The interior includes Katzkin black performance leather seats, black leather door panel inserts featuring red leather Dodge stripes and red accent stitching. Other unique touches include red seat-belt webbing, red carpet bindings, and red embroidered Dodge Charger logo in the front seats.
The vehicle’s proportions and packaging have been tailored to give it the manoeuvrability that’s essential in urban traffic, and to make access easy for passengers, especially children and older people, with a high cabin, low floor and electric sliding door.
It also comes with a new powertrain, an LPG hybrid system that offers better environmental performance around town.
Nissan released official details for its latest all-new Qashqai 2014. The new Qashqai is scheduled to go on sale on Feb 1, 2014. A little over 6 years ago, Nissan unveiled the first crossover model (Qashqai) and has sold more than 2 million till date.
Nissan has ensured that Qashqai appeals to both C-segment drivers looking for style, technology and excitement as well as downsizing buyers seeking greater efficiency. Minor improvements has been done to exterior to increase the appeal.
The new Qashqai is 49mm longer than the model it is replacing and marginally lower and wider, giving it a sleek, poised stance while maintaining the crossover style, compact dimensions and raised driving postion.

Nissan unveiled a hyper-agile and ultimately efficient EV - the BladeGlider Concept 2013. Targeting the visionary individual seeking visceral driving and sustainability, BladeGlider goes beyond sheer power and acceleration to send the heart soaring into new realms of smooth “gliding” pleasure.
BladeGlider has its conceptual roots in two aerial images: the soaring, silent, panoramic freedom of a glider and the triangular shape of a high performance “swept wing” aircraft.
It is therefore fitting that, in terms of engineering, BladeGlider's developmental focus was aerodynamics: achieving low drag (cdA) while generating road-hugging downforce.
BladeGlider embodies a fearless vision of the EV future. Alright guys! Here it is the most powerful vehicle in its segment of the market, the 2014 Mercedes Benz S65 AMG! The new S65 AMG delivers 630 hp of power and 1000 Nm of torque with its V12, twin-turbocharging 6.0 AMG engine. The S65 AMG accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.
In spite of such a powerful performance figures, the S65 AMG is fuel efficient - has a fuel economy of 23.7 mpg. That's pretty impressive. Also new for the car is the AMG Speedshit Plus 7G-Tronic, the seven speed automatic transmission with wide ratio spread. The 7G-tronic ensures lower engine speed level which in turn reduces the fuel consumption.
The new AMG Speedshit Plus 7G-tronic has three individual driving programmes: Controlled Efficiency, Sport and Manual. In manual and sport mode, the emphasis is on sportiness.
Chevrolet has revealed the new COPO Camaro at the 2013 SEMA Motor Show. Chevrolet’s high-performance program has returned for 2014 with a limited run of factory-produced race cars and a pair of new racing engine choices.
Just 69 units of the 2014 Chevrolet COPO Camaro will be built for NHRA Stock Eliminator and Super Stock competition. They will carry the distinctive, updated styling of the 2014 Camaro lineup, including new front and rear fascias. Customers will have the choice to select different power plants depending on how much power and speed they require and how much they want to pay.
The 2014 COPO Camaro also includes new racing seats, updated graphics and a new, available wheel design.
Chevrolet is offering five different engines which include a naturally aspirated 427 7.0L engine, two 5.3L supercharged 327 engines – a new combination using a Whipple twin-screw 2.9L supercharger and the other using a 4.0L Whipple supercharger – and all-new 396-cubic-inch and 350-cubic-inch naturally aspirated engines.
Serial number 1 of the limited-production run – the only one to be painted Ice Blue Metallic – will be auctioned by Chevrolet Performance at Barrett-Jackson’s annual January event.
The car is the third in a series of six models designed to pay homage to influential figures Bugatti history. The first two honored Jean-Pierre Wimille and Jean Bugatti.

The exterior of the model is primarily constructed of carbon fiber. Some parts are rendered in aluminium. The new paint color "Bugatti Dark Blue Sport" has been specially developed for the vehicle and references France's classic motor sport color, as well as the Type 35. Another special feature of this car is that individual parts have two different paint finishes.
The interior is completely upholstered in leather. Major parts are all in the color "Gaucho", a sophisticated cognac tone. The seat's side cushions, arm rests, extended center console, door panels, dash panel, instrument panel and steering wheel are all trimmed in dark blue leather in the "Lake Blue" color.
The car is based on the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse and powered by the 8-liter W16 quad-turbocharged engine that sends 1,200 horsepower and 1,106 lb-ft. of torque to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. It can accelerate from 0-100 km (0-62 mph) in 2.6 seconds. It has a top speed of 408.84 km (253 mph), making it the fastest production roadster ever built.
Jaguar's first ever sports crossover concept vehicle - the C-X17 - has premiered at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show. The 2013 Jaguar C-X17 Concept comes with Jaguar's all-new advanced aluminium monocoque architecture, on which an exciting range of future Jaguars will be built.
The vehicle has been painted in a lustrous Liquid aluminium liquid metal finish, which looks as good as the C-X17's original blue paint. It blends sleek lines, sporting design and luxurious sophistication with enhanced flexibility and an assured driving position.
The interior of the C-X17 features four individual bucket seats and the unique roof features contoured vanes. Two additional rear-mounted leisure seats incorporated in the boot floor swing out for recreational use. The interior of the C-X17 marries premium, authentic materials and traditional craftsmanship with modern finishing techniques.
Power will be provided by a range of engines including the new family of high-output, fuel-efficient petrol and diesel engines to be built at Jaguar Land Rover's new UK engine manufacturing facility. These will enable Jaguar to offer vehicles with class-leading performance, including top speeds of over 300km/h (186mph), and emissions lower than 100g of CO2 per km.
