Dodge will be introducing two special 100th Anniversary Editions of the Charger and Challenger at the Los Angeles Auto Show to celebrate 100 years of Dodge performance and heritage.
The Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition has a Granite Crystal grille with script “Challenger” badge, front-fender badges, Dodge ‘100’ wheel center caps and all-new 20 x 8-inch polished five-spoke aluminum wheels with Granite Crystal pockets.
The interior has all-new and exclusive Molten Red or Foundry Black heated Nappa leather sport seats featuring a custom ‘cloud overprint.’ Adding contrast are the Liquid Graphite center console bezels, steering wheel accents and door handle pulls. There's also “Challenger” branded sill plates and a Boston Acoustics audio system.
The Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition features a 305 bhp (227 kW) 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine and 375 bhp (279 kW) 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine.
It will go on sale early next year and will cost $2,500 more than the Challenger SXT Plus or R/T Plus.
