"worthy of automobiles through F1, the track is ideally suited for enthusiasts and professionals alike. It rewards the most skillful driver rather then the fastest car.

The layout of the track is guided by the terrain, incorporating naturally flowing 10 to 12 foot undulations. There are numerous layout options - all bidirectional - to suit differing vehicle types and driver preferences. The complete 4.5-mile circuit offers a combination of the more technical 2-mile Nort Track and the open, flowing 2.5-mile South Track. In addition, the track's mile straightaway doubles as an FAA-approved aircraft runway, capable of accommodating large private jets."

The track is not only challenging but also smart as well with built in sensors and monitoring systems that can halt activity due to aircraft, accidents, of even animals. Of course there are also systems in place to monitor lap times and such.

Oh yeah, the houses aren't bad either.
