Ford C-MAX Energi 2012

Ford unveiled the C-MAX Energi 2012, its first-ever production plug-in hybrid electric vehicle at the Detroit Auto Show 2011. Ford C-MAX Energi will have a driving range of 500 miles (800 kms) using the battery and engine. It also targets AT-PZEV status and delivers better charge-sustaining fuel economy than Chevrolet Volt. The production C-MAX Energi is expected to hit the market in 2012 in North America and in 2013 in Europe.
