So Michael Bay just updated his blog and released some high resolution images of the characters from the Transformers Movie. I went ahead and and gave it a dark background so it would be more suitable as wallpapers, but if you'd like the original PNG files, check out Mr. Bay's blog. Read more for the wallpapers.
The standard wallpapers could be used for following resolutions:
