Brabus B63S 730 2013 Review

Brabus has unveiled its upgrade program for the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG, call the B63S 730, at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.

On the exterior the upgrade program includes aerodynamic-enhancement components made from clear-coated carbon-fiber, high-tech forged wheels with a diameter of 20 inches.

The interior lineup for the CLS 63 AMG ranges from attractive accessories to custom-tailored interiors crafted from especially soft, breathable and yet highly durable BRABUS Mastik leather and Alcantara. Also available for the top-of-the-line CLS model is a custom-tailored BRABUS multimedia concept – including optional Apple iPad integration.

The B63S 730 is powered by the same V8 5.5-liter Biturbo engine, but now the increased output is an impressive 730 hp (537 kW) and electronically-limited 1,065 Nm (785 lb-ft).

It accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds, which is just as unique for a car in this class as is a time of 10.8 seconds for the sprint to 200 km/h (124 mph). It has a top speed up to 350 km/h (217 mph).
