My house was built in 1891 and the upstairs has not been remodeled yet. The downstairs is all remodeled including electric but the upstairs still has the old electric. In my room I only have 1 electric out let and I have 2 powerstrips plugged into it with all my stuff plugged into it.

PC monitor
PC
Desk lamp
Printer
PC Speakers
Cell phone charger
Xbox
Reciever
TV
PS2
EMS scanner
Cordless phone
In the summer a window AC

here are the pics, it looks a bit more messy than it really is because of the 2 cat5 cables for my pc and xbox but it really is a mess. If I have both my PC and Xbox or PS2 on in the summer and my window AC turns on it kicks the breaker off in the basement eek.gif

yes i need to dust also

I literally laughed when I saw that ! By the way, what does the exterior look like? ( only old house i have lived in was in Germany, which was during the Fachwerkhauser era ) So it looks errr.... german....Yeah.

Our current house was built in 2003 and the other house we had built was just completed.

It looks just like any normal house. The outside has been all redone for the most part. Ill take pics tomarrow when its daylight, we should have a DS Cribs thread.
Dylan
Except we have to be ultra-ghetto and call it DS KRIBZ.

Here's mine:

Is that the German homestead? (points to side of the box)
Dylan
It's my beach house, actually.
nismo
Vacation home.

Okay, well back on topic, i would do something SAFE about that. Like buying a lot of extension cords and running them out of your upstairs window, through your downstairs window, through the sink, and into the downstairs outlet. That is much safer.
