Bmw engines are kinda of unique.... its unlke any other cars... i just find it unique... especially when u sit in the inside... when u press onto the acclerator... the power of the engine... the 735i can even compare to the quietness of the jaguar S-type V8 engine... if anyone has an opp. to go the BMW workplace or frens who drive it, open up the engines and take a look in it... and step on to the accelerator and look the way the cylinders move... and not forgetting the sound...
OK... anyone who wants to share information on BMWs or questions can feel free to chat in here...

Ha ha Beemer fanboy, and surely you should be comparing the 5-series to the Jag S-Type rather than the 7-series? Having said that, BMW have really gone downhill in terms of other things (like styling and iDriver for instance, how lame is it controlling your car with an upturned coffee cup?) However, NA Petrols (especially the M5 V10 and the 6-pot 3 liter,) from BMW will always continue to be some of the best engines still made. Nice avatar btw.

Only slightly better than Mercedes Benz.
And no their engines are NOT unique. They have straight 6s and V8s, wow, how original. Watch me marvel at the originiality of such thought. I have never heard of such engines in roadcars.

They talk like if they saw an M5 come up to them that they wouldn't be impressed at all. You've also got to look at the age group you're dealing with. Give them 20 years, they won't hate BMW so much

Here is a challenge. Name this car:

I am absolutely dying to know what model of BMW this is. It has an E30 look to it, but the only E30 estates I can find are 5 doors. There was a 3 door E10 wagon, but that is obviously much older than this car.
Anyone have an idea what it is?
