Ferrari have published the first official pictures of the replacement to the 360. It will have a V8 4.3 litre engine with 480 HP. That means 2.8 kilos for each horsepower. The 0-100 (0-60) time is 4 seconds and the topspeed is 310kmh (193.75mph). The most of the car is made of aluminium and it have alot of F1 technology in it, fx the gearbox wich means the shift is done in 150/1000 of a second.






This doesn't looks like any of the spyshots i've seen, wich is good.


I really love the looks and the engine sounds really nice too, so i think this is a worthy replacement to the 360.

2 things bug me bout the design ......

1 there is no manual.

2 how many times are you gonna accidentally press the engine start switch while looking for the horn or something.

other than that the design is soo much better than the 360 so i likey.

Well, if you wanna race, semi-aut. is better and faster then a manual.

And you are probably right about the start buttom. The other thing to right on the steering wheel is fast switch to different driving programs, like rain, ice, track and so on.

I like the design , but still no stick makes me a sad panda

Don't know, the article didn't say. I think there is gonna be a manual option, but it's just a guess.

about the steering wheel, if you drive like you're supposed to, hitting the engine start button wont be an issue. Racers are supposed to be able to take any turn, etc without even removing their hands from the wheel.

The official F430 pics make the car look a lot better than previous images have. The logo on the rear view mirrors is pretty awful though.

Lovin' it! It's not like ur gonna need the horn neway, who's gonna get in ur way in one of those? And also, I wouldn't use the horn in a Ferrari, because you may have noticed, all supercars have the gayest horns!! They're so high pitched, amke it sound childish! lol

The site is in english, so you can read up about it, and it's got some quick specs like 483hp, 0-60 in 3.9s, etc...

If you look at the side view mirror it says F430 on it, although I don't think that'd make it to production, as it's a little weird...
