I think a HPA twin turbo VR6 beetle would be kick-ass, but I'd want mine to be more of a sleeper...preferably a cabriolet, so people have absolutely no clue what just kicked their ass

I found out that my friend has a 6 speed four motion tranny into is MKII Jetta TDI. But four motion isn't hooked up. Cool. Thats all

You mean he has a modern O2M, or what? What does "4motion tranny" mean?

Because O2Ms are in FWD VWs too ya know...

My friend has a 6 speed four motion tranny from Europe. Big money. He has it in his Jetta TDi. It is set up as FWD right now.

Cool, modern TDI in a MkII with a 6-speed! Is that the 90 HP US -spec model, or a 100 HP PD, or some weird euro-spec thing?

All I know that it's from a beetle. This is the same crazy guy that owns the Northstar Four Door Golf. He says its faster then a VR6 swap, and gets twice the gas milage. He loves that transmission to DEATH.
