This thread inspired me to create this thread. And yes, this is kinda like the "What car do you see yourself in in 10 years?" thread. What's your dream car that you think you'll one day be able to afford (for intents and purposes, we'll say that's about $40k US).
For quite some time, mine has been the Subaru Impreza WRX STi, but I could never decide on a color. After seeing this picture outta that Subaru magazine that someone posted though, I'm quite sure what color I want.

VW R32...probably in blue, although red ones look good too.

Of course, I'm extremely happy with my GTI so I don't really have any reason to go for an R32, but it's still a great car and is pretty much at the top of my list.

Saw a silver one of those last weekend at the airport. Pretty kick ass looking, but I stick with my STi. 300 HP & 300 lb-ft of torque baby!

The STi and the R32 are not competitive cars...the STi is definitely faster, but the VW is definitely more my style.

There aren't many but are some. You just have to know where to look and know the right people. A quick check of the Classic Driver site found this car at just barely over $40K.

You gotta include the shipping and customs fees. That'll get the price significantly higher

Well, that was just an example. There are of course local cars in Canada/USA that can be had as well. I know of a number of cars already. Being a member of the Aston Martin Owners Club has its advantages.

Comp Orange is a good color to look at, but i think i would get sick of it if it was on my car. I'd probably end up with either black or Dark Shadow Grey. Lately, white has been tempting me too
