I turned in an unmarked envelope full of 200 dollars worth of money and numerous wallets as well. Its just money.

If and ID is in there or credit card # so maybe CC company could help find person, I'd return it.
Otherwise, I'd turn it in because if it isn't claimed, it's your's.

one time some person had returned my mom's purse - the money but itstill had her bank's electronic entry card and the main cash vault's keys......which was more valuable than the cash in it anyways.......such gestures kinda reassures ur faith in morals.

when I was a baby, my grandma just got her paycheck, got groceries, left the purse on top of her car and drove off, it was returned, but her paycheck was gone, but they hadn't found her "secret compartment" which contained $600 for my bed which is my cousins now
