so im in my basement working out, and i see this stupid pos crawling around and i freak out!

so it runs away and now i dont know where it is

anyone here able to identify this horrible looking thing? i live in nyc if thats helpful

House Centipede. They're super common, but no less nasty. They have a bad bite though so kill it before it crawls on your face while you're asleep.

Not that freak nasty mofo. We have run of the mill spiders and ants and whatnot.
I've seen a couple of these I thought they were ants but apparently they're classified as wingless wasps and sting like a biznitch.
