so im in my basement working out, and i see this stupid pos crawling around and i freak out! so it runs away and now i dont know where it is anyone here able to identify this horrible looking thing? i live in nyc if thats helpful

House Centipede. They're super common, but no less nasty. They have a bad bite though so kill it before it crawls on your face while you're asleep.

I've seen a couple of these I thought they were ants but apparently they're classified as wingless wasps and sting like a biznitch.
