It came out in Dubai this weekend, and I watched it last night. I was just wondering what you guys had to say about it. I thought if nothing else, it was pretty powerful.

That man twists everything to push his own ideas. It's fake journalism and a celebration of douchebaggery. That said, I haven't watched the film, so I can't really talk about it one way or the other.
Moore uses the power of mass media in the same way an untrained child would a rifle. I refuse to take part.

Agree with above.
Even though most of the US hasn't realized yet how deep into shit you guys actually are, he is just milking the media. Its a good way of making people aware of the problem, but his ideas push it too far.

So there's no one that's watched it that has an opinion on it? I mean I know the guys rep and all, but I still decided it was worth a watch to see what it was about.

This is the direction network media is taking though. Bill O'Riley, Ann Coulter and Glen Beck — to name just a handful — do the exact same thing. I agree that it's not news or journalism, but MM is hardly the standard barer.

As long as you don't get the news from the mainstream, you can actually get the news.

I don't see horror flicks because I'm against murder. All you horror movie goers are being brainwashed.
It's a movie, folks.

Yeah, my thing about Michael Moore is that he puts the issues forward and makes you think, react, and discuss. OK he's biased but, as his been mentioned above, so is pretty much every other figure in the media...if you have enough brains to not take what he says hook, line, and sinker, then you have enough brains to watch his films.
