He's open to serious offers. contact Kenny at b02o@yahoo.com. but anyways.. onto the pics.

So i'm willing to hand it over to someone that is in love w/ BMW's or has time to take care of it.
Altostratus
its pretty haggard. hope shes not expecting many diamonds
Phix
What's with the AC Schnitzer badge? And, yeah, it certainly looks like its been around the world a few times.

$8000?
Altostratus
id give him 2000.

1000 for the engine which im sure needs a rebuild, and another grand for the body which looks like its been fucked by a bear.

all the leather looks like its turned to parchment aswell.

Being on the lookout for an E30 325i myself, I know what these babies are worth. I see a few things wrong with it but nothing major, I don't see any rust in any of the pics which is a plus but then again there aren't any pics of the underside. People into Ms would frown upon the aftermarket steering wheel and shift knob. In its condition I would tell Alto to suck himself off and not take anything less than 10K.

EDIT: Damn women, have a nice car to impress her with and get her on the hook, when you bag her the first thing to go is the car.

The E30 might just last longer. tongue.gif
BankieVR6

Diesel
i just added more info. and i think he's looking for cash. but.. damn.. he's asking way too much for it. oh well.. good luck. all i can do is spread the word.
BlackJack
Hex should be all over this.
Altostratus

Diesel
he posted it on Craigslist. $16k. sad.gif way too much imho.. but i guess he's shooting for the moon.
Phix

do i get to sleep with his fiance for that price?
Diesel
well.. be nice. shoot him a serious offer if anyone is interested. just tell him what you'd pay. i'm sure he'd rather have offers (even lowball) then none.
Altostratus
hex will probably buy his wheels.
UserDrew
I want it! I tried to get an e30 when I was a senior in high school but I just couldn't work it out. Will he trade it for a cobalt? Only 23k miles. If not i'll add a poorly written poem to the offer smile.gif

I wouldn't give him that much for it judging by the pictures and the price for similar cars used I wouldn't give him more than 9 grand for it. If i had 9 grand. Aftermarket parts do not add to the value of a used car.

E30 M3 > Marriage

There are mother-fuckin days I would take an E30 M3 over a wife.

It's a nice car, but I suspect he'll have a hard time selling it since only someone in the know is going to see anything but a tired BMW. If I were single I would throw $10,000CAD at him, but considering he's asking the same as a pretty OK Porsche 964, or even a decent 2.5L 986 Boxster...sheesh.

Nobody in their right mind would buy this.
RallyCat909
It looks like a perfect candidate for a rally car. I love the E30's as much as anyone on this board. but I dont see him getting a dime past 6 or 7 for it. my buddy had one that was caged and lovingly treated and I think he got 10 for it.

Still, in about 3-5 years after hes hoping shes a part of his past, he'll wish he had kept the car. smile.gif

Nobody in their right mind would buy this for 16k.

I've seen a few e30 M3s for sale in the past few months- and from what I've gathered- this car would fetch about 7-10k, not much more. At 16k, he can only dream.

Is the car on s14.net?
capt_spaghetti
I think I'd rather spend a bit extra and get this.

If he's telling the truth, he must have explained his situation to some rich guy... if I was loaded and he told me that he was selling the car for that reason, I'd have helped him that way.
Diesel
the guy he sold it to already had 2 other M3's. so i guess this one completes his collection.
Aircooled
Ha ha, told you guys it would go for over 10k.
