Is it just me, or has DS been inundated in new members in the past month or so?

Every other post I see is by a username I've never seen...

I'm all for new members, just in case someone misinterprets - this is just an observation, not a complaint.

And a related observation - did Russia just start allowing it's citizens access to the internet or something? Seems like we've added a number of Russian members during this recent membership increase.
