I'm trying to remember if it was around here or not, I think it was...but my brain lies to me often.
Anywho, someone was suing Wendy's for discrimination, because Wendy's has a policy of only serving insured vehicles at their drive through window, and refused to serve a person on a rascal. The individual claimed that since the drive through is open after the dining room closes, that they were victims of discrimination because they didn't own a car.

Pretty sad that some people are so lazy. One thing is buying fastfood instead of making it yourself, but when you don't even want to stand up from your wheelchair, you've got a serious problem!

I'm in Canada...but we have an obesity problem here too. My father-in-law is pushin' 400lbs, and has serious potential to be a future rascal passenger.
