It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark Under the moonlight, you see a sight that almost stops your heart You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes You're paralyzed
'Cause this is thriller, thriller night And no one's gonna save you from the beast about strike You know it's thriller, thriller night You're fighting for your life inside a killer, thriller tonight
You hear the door slam and realize there's nowhere left to run You feel the cold hand and wonder if you'll ever see the sun You close your eyes and hope that this is just imagination, girl! But all the while you hear the creature creeping up behind You're out of time
'Cause this is thriller, thriller night There ain't no second chance against the thing with forty eyes, girl Thriller, thriller night You're fighting for your life inside a killer, thriller tonight
Night creatures calling, the dead start to walk in their masquerade There's no escaping the jaws of the alien this time (They're open wide) This is the end of your life
They're out to get you, there's demons closing in on every side They will possess you unless you change that number on your dial Now is the time for you and I to cuddle close together, yeah All through the night I'll save you from the terror on the screen I'll make you see
That this is thriller, thriller night 'Cause I can thrill you more than any ghost would ever dare try Thriller, thriller night So let me hold you tight and share a Killer, diller, chiller, thriller here tonight
'Cause this is thriller, thriller night Girl, I can thrill you more than any ghost would ever dare try Thriller, thriller night So let me hold you tight and share a killer, thriller, ow!
(I'm gonna thrill ya tonight) Darkness falls across the land The midnight hour is close at hand Creatures crawl in search of blood To terrorize y'alls neighborhood
I'm gonna thrill ya tonight, ooh baby I'm gonna thrill ya tonight, oh darlin' Thriller night, baby, ooh!
The foulest stench is in the air The funk of forty thousand years And grizzly ghouls from every tomb Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive Your body starts to shiver For no mere mortal can resist The evil of the thriller

Yeah man. He was a pretty sick fucker. But at the same time, he was a brilliant entertainer and musician. I heards their gonna melt him down to make toys, so the kids can play with him for a change...

Well, if you are familiar with the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses (I mean, knowing more then just that they go door to door) and also know the abuse that the Jackson kids went through growing up then there is no wonder that Michael was so crazy...

Loved your music for a good long time now, will treasure the two concerts I saw you at and hope you are at peace now away from the bastards that chased after you for so long.
I thankyou whole-heartedly for helping me, through your music, when I was at school and being bullied mercilessly. "Beat It" will be poignant for me for the rest of my life.
I am proud to admit I was a card carrying member of MJIFC.

It's a little soon for jokes guys, but whatever. He was a goddamn legend, to the likes of which will never be seen again. People need to stop looking at his controvercies, and laughing about it. He created pop music. He made it his bitch. He is a legend, and he has influenced so many singers. I mean, hell, he has had such an influence on us all, that his death STOPPED prime time shows, such as oprah, and MTV, and they are all dedicating their air time to the coverage of his death. The Today Show's whole episode this morning is about celebrating his life. How many people do you think would be able to do that? Last time I remember that was when Princess Diana died.
And for my favorite MJ song would have to be Wanna Be Starting Something.

Don't think about it too much. This is the thing with celebs of this type of status, their not even 'human' to the average person anymore, they are just an entity, there is no personal relationship. What I mean is, if my mates mom dies, I wont make jokes because its personal, in these cases it isn't. The jokes are inevitable. They will come sooner or later.
Also you say he wasn't even cold yet. A person (not MJ in particular) that kiddy fiddles is pretty cold to start with.
Dont cry too hard.

Watching this music video on MTV is amongst my oldest memories. Good times in '83, best year of my life.
Due to the fact the Michael Jackson is mostly plastic, he will be melted down into lego blocks so that little kids can play with him for a change.
Apparently pedobear is broken up about the entire ordeal ;_;

wow wow.. let me get this straight...
so if a guy is basically believed to be, for MANY reasons, a sick bastard... but it makes it ok because he was a great at making music..... ? so we should look away and ignore all and just praise him for begin a great pop singer?
don't get me started with the Media... because the ONLY reason they do it.... its RATINGS!!! more people looking at the screen... if they knew that no one would tune in... or they would change the channel because of it.. then would have NOT stopped their regular programming.

Cheer up, guys. I think we'll find other pedophiles to make fun of.
MJ revolutionied the music video, y'all might not remember but he used to take over the air on multiple major networks in order to premiere his videos. No artist since has drawn the same anticipation for his work. So like him or hate him, good or evil, everyone knows who he was because he was a huge fucking celebrity. There is going to be some tributes when he dies.
Any person turned celebrity at age eight, and stayed in the media's eye until death is going to have at least a slightly altered take on reality. Building a kids park, hiding his own childrens' faces, ect, just because he regrets missing out on his childhood just makes me a little empithetic.
I'm just glad that for the most part people are willing to appreciate his art separate from all the obnoxious, twisted, stupid things he did later in life

I dont know about you guys, but I have always LOVED Thriller.
if you look at the views, it says it has like 40 million+, but its funny because most of that was even before he was dead. Same with alot of his other vids on youtube. He really is the King.
