I enjoy baseball.

The great part about it is, its never over, till that last out is there. In basketball, when a team is down by 15 late in the 4th, you might as well leave. In baseball, it doesn't matter how long the game has gone on. It could be the bottom of the ninth, and as long as there is a pitch to be thrown, there's always a comeback possible.

whoa.. you guys are a complete bunch of knobs if you don't watch BBALL. Way more exciting then hockey, faster then baseball, more scoring then football and soccer.. and TONS of players to root for or against. And the sport requires a lot more athleticism then some other sports.

Baseball requires more skill then basketball. Try hitting a ball going near 100 mph, with something the size of your forearm.
More scoring doesn't always make it interesting. As I said, having the score 100-75, doesn't add excitement. Having the score 1-0 with 1 out left, or 10 mins left, is a lot more exciting.
Basketball is fun, not denying that, but there are better sports out there.

baseball is so shit its not even funny. so is nfl, nhl etc...then again i dont live in that part of the world.

buuut, i love basketball. i watched the streams of the finals at 330 each nights...its such a blast to watch. plus i know a bit about the teams and the players, which makes it more interesting. in the beginning i thought it would be cavaliers vs lakers...but im actually happy lakers won. kobe mvp..brilliant.

Your right more scoring clearly makes it a better game than soccer. WTF? I dunno, I think basketball (while I don't dislike it) is half as entertaining as soccer.

Baseball requires skill in spurts for most of the players. Most of the time they're out there adjusting their cup and grubbing on some tasty tobaccy. That's not to say that I don't have fun at baseball games, I love me some peanuts and good convo.

I wish there was a stat for total number of comebacks, since your argument earlier was that 'it's not done until the last out.' Something like # of comebacks in the 9th inning vs. # of comebacks in the 4th quarter.

I really love watching soccer as well, despite the lack of scoring.

The only motorsport I find interesting enough to watch is WRC, and I don't even catch it very often. The novelty of F1 wore off...I understand that it takes an immense amount of skill to stay consistently focused for an entire race, and that it's physically draining due to the G's but good laps and epic passes just don't seem to keep my interest long enough. That's just me though, nothing against the F1 guys on board.
