Now a house...My realtor just called to say our offer was accepted on a townhouse duplex that we were interested in. Nothing is written in stone yet. The other half and I still have to see the bank to see exactly what we can get, but it's all looking good. They had reduced it $14,500, and we were able to get an additional $10,400 off the current list price. I'm pretty excited right now. I hope the bank likes me enough.
