As for the car, the quality of the conversion looks top notch, but it really really turns the E39 M5 into a chav's Citroen Saxo.

Not so sure about this one. It looks kinda cool from the back, but from the front it looks like what Mitlov described, I reckon.
There's a guy here in SA who did this a couple of years ago to a 2000 7-Series, and it looks a shite load better than this. Qutie cool without being so backstreet.
