Yeah, we've had enough experiences with kids posting up Ferraris that weren't theirs to just say "good show". But even if you are lying, you chose a good car to lie about, the Noble is awesome

Good luck quieting the naysayers.

You can come check out my new Ferrari F2008 at the British GP.
PS - Hey Felipe, want to verify my authenticity?
But for real...just take a pic of a sign that says Dieselstation or b00st is a douche with the car so we won't doubt you.

"b00st is a douche" required for nice cars. Sorry I don't write the rules.
Edit: Good job, nice car!

Edit #2: We should probably start a b00st is a douche thread, where we post up all of the verification pics.

Alright well done Jenx!
So, the question is...how fucking awesome is the Noble M12 GTO? You ever hit the track in it? Is it really as comfy on the road as everyone says? Etc. etc. etc.

RideWithG,
Thanks for the left handed compliment...all those were taken in or near Marbella in Spain where I lived for 2 years (had my retirement in the middle when I could enjoy it

As awsome as it gets (fastest recorded 0-60 for a standard car is 3.3 secs), I've done several, but Spain is one big track

, it's a lot more comfy than an Ultima but not as good as a Bently

Beautiful vid. It's really hard to get a sense of speed from a video, but that actually LOOKS quick, which means that it's probably mind-blowingly fast. And the overtaking...god, it's like instantaneous.

Looks like the video was taken with a bit of zoom which gives a better view on the road but makes it looking slower than the car actually is. Hope you don't mind my words, Jenx.
For instance I've taken
this onboard video with slight wide-angle and it matches the speed sensation when I'm sitting in the car quite nicely, IMHO.

I've only once seen sportbikes being ridden with any sort of speed on a twisty road and that was at the Nordschleife. Every other time I am on a mountain road I am quicker in my really slow car. Unless the rider is really really good, there is almost no cornering speed. Just an observation.

dukenukem
Jul 7 2008, 03:42 PM
I think $80k is the number i saw on one of the programs on speed channel. Also, i believe
these are rebaged nobels changed to pass US safely laws. I believe you buy the chassis from them and then put whatever engine you like yourself.
clarkma5
Jul 7 2008, 04:12 PM
Yeah, Rossion used to be 1g Racing. You buy the chassis from them and then have the drivetrain built through someone else (they have a reccomended list of builders who build them to Noble spec) and then mate them later and they're certified as kit cars.

UK prices and US prices are not equivalent. $80k USD sounds about right for an M12.
