Discussion thread for the 2008 French GP

It's going to be interesting to see how Hamilton fairs with his 10 position penalty. I think this is going to be a great race between BMW and Ferrari, as well as a test of Hamilton to see how he responds to the penalty/criticism from the Canada fiasco. I could see a potential Ferrari or BMW 1-2 in this race.

Same. Magny-Cours is a boring track. Hard to overtake... procession most likely....

I think it'll probably be a Ferrari 1-2 with Kubica on the podium. Hamilton's progress will depend on his race strategy, which given the 10 place drop they should be looking at before qualifying. I expect to see him 4th-6th perhaps. Trulli goes well here, so I think he'll be in the points and probably Webber, Kovalainen and Heidfeld filling the other positions.

ive always found that i cant sit through a race at Magny-Cours, its just so boring and uneventful. i would rather watch people push boulders around the track.

I hate this track.
