Hey guys, I'm new to this forum so I wanted to show my ride... It's nothing crazy, but I love her! It's an on going project, this is how she sits right now...

Quick mod list:

1998 Civic CX
99-00 front end
CTR wing/mirrors/mouldings/rear lip
B16A2 w 5 angle valve job, CTR cams, ITR springs/retainers/ freshly rebuilt... stock bottom end (for now)
ITR 5 lug brake swap
TEIN FLEX, SRR LCAs, sway, Si front sway, Skunk2 UCAs, Spoon strut braces
Rays 16" forged Monoblock wheels, 1 of 10 avail to general public... Wheel design is for Ford/Cosworth rally Escorts... These sets were ordered thru Evasive Motorsports in 2002 in an ITR only fitment
Si dash/door pannels, USDM ITR front seats, JDM SiR II optional steering wheel
ARC intake box, Megan header (smog legal, HyTech is in storage) , Buddy Club Pro Spec catback

That's about all I can think of for now. ANYWAY, I joined up mostly for the photography discussion forums, I look forward to hearing feedback and learning from you all... Thanks!

Want my opinion on the "It's an on going project, this is how she sits right now..." thing? Do nothing more to the exterior visuals. It's really clean and not at all overdone. Looks great!

Thanks! Yea the exterior pretty much is done now, since the pix I have installed ARC Magic wings and window visors... But the next big thing is a bottom end rebuild, going with a 1.8 of some flavor, not entirely sure yet...

Looking very clean. I love it.

If I weren't strapped with money, I'd trade my GTI for that body style. But because unmolested civic hatches are rare and $$$, I'll gladly stick to my 19 year old Vdub.

i refuse to like anything with an ITR 5 lug that isnt an ITR....

an ITR had to die to put the suspension on your car...

The ITR died by the owners own hands buddy, I hope you're not insinuating anything theft related. Some guy wrecked his ITR because he drove it like a retard, so I bought his suspension.

That's a wicked car. I love it; nice and cleanon the outside, and pretty simple yet effective mods on the inside. Any idea of output over stock after those mods?

what a dumb out look you know its likely most of these conversions are from binned cars or cars that were broken up for various reasons? I doubt someone would take a perfectly good itr and take the suspention off they made 1000's of things anyway its not like they will be rare anytime soon.

or maybe goota isnt a jerk and just a realist who understands the ITR is the most stolen car per production car ever made. And the MAJORITY of modded civics which have ITR parts are STOLEN ITR parts, to the knowledge of the civic owner or not. and this is ESPECIALLY the case in california. There are ridiculous amount of EG and EK civics and lower model integras with 5 lugs from ITR's. I never said you stole them or anything like that, its just that its my bias to know an ITR died in order to put it on your car, whether it was stolen or by the stupidity of the owner.

as for having the wheels and hytech, props, looks like you know how to mod/take care of a car.

btw I bought my ITR sway bar from an acura dealership (strait from the factory).

Not a lot, its just bolt on B16 with a "poor man's R" head...

And yes goota, what you say is true... Theft is a HUGE problem around here as well... I had a 2000 Si that was stolen in 2005, recovered pretty much completely stripped. But in this case, I know the former owner of the "donor" ITR and LOL he most definately wrecked his car because he has no idea how to drive, especially in the rain apparently. Haha, self owned...

And I profit, somones gonna buy the parts, I figure why not me.

Yup... Motor has been thru 3 previous owners (one of whom boosted it for 60k miles ) and it came free with the shell when I got it... So now I'm realizing why it was free, LOL!

SO, the car is in the shop right now... LS bottom end, Wiesco 11.5, Eagle rods and freshly polished crank... SHould be fun once I get it broken in and tuned!

im sure he put the attention to detail in it needed for an LS/Vtec build.
