Looks nice, although i don't really like the bodykits in my opinion.

I think the contour is my favourite SVT product. Although all the ones I have seen had the spoilers and rockers painted black or grey...which I prefer...
Sounds like all the mods are purposeful and tasteful...a very neat car.

You've quoted the wrong person. But yeah, Wacko, that is the factory kit.

One of the most underrated sports sedans ever. A great car from what I've read.

I like the SVT Contour. I tried to get one after I wrecked my Cougar. The only one I found was a 99 with 200k miles on it for 4000. Are you a member of CEG?

I LOVE SVT Contours. My favorite is my friends. Of course I am biased, lol. Todras, you may be familiar with him as his name is OutlawdSVT on the forums.
Good looking car!

Nice...now all you have to do is to chrome it!

Suspension Mods FTW. Anyways I cant say I'm a fan of the car (based solely on the looks, lol), that would probably change if i ever drove one. But I respect people who love and mod their cars with sense. How does your car drive in comparison to other cars you've driven? I'm just wondering, I actually didnt know there was a SVT Contour to be honest.
offtopic: dc_zhen, what the hell, chrome? you cant be serious? Seriously, go drive off a cliff.

Here, let me outline some basic rules:
1. Chrome wheels suck on almost every application.
2. Big bodykits that make the vehicle unrecognizable suck.
3. Vinyls suck unless they're actual sponsor decals or required track logos/numbers.
Basically, in terms of exterior customization, forget what Need For Speed and The Fast And The Furious taught you.

If I said that someone would yell at me for not respecting other people's opinions, but I must say I politely agree.

Thanks for clearing that up- I said some pretty stupid stuff. It's just that I've seen some really awesome pictures of cars that were chromed and got carried away. I guess it isn't to everyone's liking so my sincere apologies again for offending anyone here- god, I am so new to this stuff I feel like a total S.
cheers..

On topic: How much horsepower does it have?
It's not the fastest car but it's fun. It's about 175hp and 170tq to the ground. It will run with cars boasting quite a bit more hp on a road course. People should really drive one. Even if it's a Contour SE with V6 5 speed. Very fun car to drive. Can't explain it. This is my second one and I've driven tons of different cars over the years. Still love driving Contours.
