Yeah that motorsport one is the latest (unless its a time zone difference) and it says he's confirmed dead but the cause of the crash is unknown.

Im sitting here at my keyboard in tears. For a guy in Memphis where no one knows or cares about rallying, this place has just become a larger, emptier place. I have a 7 year old little boy, and I know family and friends must be devasted. Its haertbreaking.

I found out just now here on DS then Googled the news pages. Very sad indeed. His son Johnny was 5 years old.

Rally is such an underappreciated motorsport here in the US. He was amazing.

...and then Dave Richards (Prodive and Aston Martin owner) crashed his helicopter. Thankfully he and his wife survived however.
