Can't go wrong with James Bond, especially when he's driving an Aston Martin!

I took these pictures last year when I was invited to an Aston Martin event here in Toronto. They showed off the new DB7 GT, the AR 1, and one of the actual cars used in Die Another Day.

This Vanquish was converted to 4WD, they took out the V12 and popped in a Ford unit (V8 I think) to make room for the rockets, and check out the Auto gearbox in the first picture. The car was loud as hell because there was no muffler on the thing. Slinding in behind the wheel was pretty awesome but they wouldn't let me take a test drive! sad.gif

Were the guns and rockets real?
NorthPoint
No idea. Maybe that's what the yellow and red buttons are for? smile.gif

Is Die Another Day good? Or is it as good as Goldeneye?
NorthPoint
Personally I thought it was better than Goldeneye.

I've actually grown to like all the Pierce Brosnan Bond movies. I, personally, think he's the best Bond there was (Sean Connery included, because he's too damned hard to take seriously)

Dangerous words you speak clark.

sean connery was the best, especially with that accent tongue_orig.gif i like brosnan though

i think people like the gadgets and cars and just associate that with brosnan but dont actually like him... well at least thats what i think. and go SEAN CONNERY!
NorthPoint
I'd probably pick Pierce Brosnan as my favourite as well followed closely by Sean Connery. I actually don't think Timothy Dalton is all that bad either, I think the true failure with his films were not his acting but rather the story and writing.
