If Nick Heidfeld of the BMW Sauber F1 team officially finishes in 1st Place at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, then I, skr, will owe Phix $5 CAD. If he does NOT finish in 1st place, then Phix will owe me $5 CAD. Nick Heidfeld has to officially finish 1st place. This also means that if the FIA disqualifies him from 1st place, then Phix will owe me $5. In contrast, if the FIA disqualifies anyone above him, which makes him in 1st place by default, I will owe Phix $5.

That's a bit optimistic, skr. Why make such a dumb bet?

Well statistically no driver besides the two McLaren and two Ferrari chaps have a chance but we all knew that.
