MY gosh what a FUCK'N awesome flick!




*maybe spoilers, I won't reveal plot stuff, yet*

Obviously there are some flaws, generally conflict between the movie trying to be over-the-top-cheesy-unrealistic and all serious-realistic simultaneously in the one movie. But with this type of movie it didn't matter.

Personally I enjoyed the earlier parts of the film more, where they "Teased" the transformers, their transforming and their abilities to you.

Towards the later stages of the movie, there is so much Transformer action going on that you almost fall numb to it. But thats exactly what we want though. I love the close up/detailed transforming in some parts of the movie.

I would have liked to see more of Starscream and air to air combat with the military though.

And I can't fuck'n beleive Australia got it here before the US for once?! It was released here June 28th.

The rest of us will have to wait until the 4th.

I've had friends who watched the midnight screening and they said it was real nice

Saw it last night. It was WAYYY better then i expected. Still had come cheesy lines and moments, but made up for it by the sheer adrenaline and action sequences. The special effects were probably the best i've ever seen. GREAT GREAT movie. now if only Megan Fox got naked.. omg droool.

Anyone who doesn't know what that is needs to go die.

I saw it tonight with my 7-year old who is a Transformer crackhead. I had to keep shushing him in the movie.

"Daddy! That's Megatron!" about 5 minutes before they told us it was Megatron. I hope he didn't bother anyone else in the movie. And of course he rattled on about it the entire 15 minute drive back home. Damn but kids are cool!

The special effects are incredible, particularly where they slo-mo the action. You almost think to yourself "Gee, I hope my car isn't fighting with the other cars" while walking to the parking lot.

It was really quite good. Genuinely funny, good action, and unlike most CGI-heavy films, the special effects didn't grate on me after awhile. Would highly reccomend!

Just got back... blew expectations way away! Must see!

Haven't seen it yet, but the previews have me concerned. How does that car transform into such a big autobot? Shouldn't it be smaller?

What about soundwave in the original series? Or megatron? Scale is unimportant in the world of transformers.

Saw it last night at the ArcLight in Hollywood. They had a bunch of the cars there from the movie.

saw the movie on July 2nd and I will probably see it again this weekend. That's how much of a bad ass movie is.

i saw it a few days ago and loved it! my seats werent too too good so i wanted to go see it again.. but i cheaped out and downloaded the ths version instead
