That marketing concept is quite a good one. If you're able to create a internet hype linked to a product, your 'ad' will spread around the world in days. I think it will be especially interesting for products aimed at the younger generations, like cellphones, popular music, gadgets etc...
Ooh, we made those in middle school. Rube Goldberg Project or something.
I love Rube Goldberg machines and this was one of the better ones that I've seen.
