Dang. Just imagine how many cool old muscle cars you could buy with that much money.

And what I'm most excited about is that it has recently starred as another car named Traveller in my most recent movie, Collier & Co, Hot Pursuit! Its a great family movie that I wrote, produced, starred in, well you get the picture.

Yes, I get the picture, and it's not a pretty one I might add.

Ok, what? 9.9mil? I'm not muscle car enthuaist and I admit I have no love for these cars but... uh... looking at some of the pictures and reading about what this car has done... it seems like it's not worth even $100k in the condition it's in. What gives? I didn't think the Dukes of Hazzard were that freaking popular.

It's official. Bidding has ended for John Schneider's personal General Lee and the winning bid was an absolutely astounding $9,900,500. YEEHAWW INDEED! This is Bo Duke's very own Charger with power and handling to back it up.

"Although the plate says a 426 Hemi, the car actually has a 511 crate motor from 1998 that produces approx 725hp. It has suspension by Hotchkis, auxiliary transmission by Gear Vendor, Viper brakes, and a racing steering box."

It's no joke when they say the General Lee is probably the most famous movie/TV car ever made. If it's not #1 it's definitely in the top 3.

I'd say that for people that can afford expensive cars, money is most likely no object. If you grew up watching the Dukes, this car is a must have. I remember my dad driving me 3 hours to a car show in the next state to see the General and get my picture taken next to it. Some is very lucky to be able to purchase it.

The car was not used in the original series but is signed by the cast and did appear in a Hazzard film.

Erm, maybe I'm horribly wrong, but I don't see this appearing in the original auction. Maybe that's why they backed out?

P.S. The seller should've guessed. The buyer's bought/sold items consists of hoards of cheap knives. Who with 10 million dollars to piss out would bother buying/selling 10 dollar knives on eBay?
