If I'm not mistaken the front right tire (closest in the picture) is on backwards.
(the V shaped thread is touching the ground with the outer edges first, and thus pushing the water on the road to the center of the tire which can result in aquaplaning)

The tread doesn't look V-shaped to me (directional), it looks more diagonally shaped (non-directional), so it wouldn't make a difference.
