It looks like a pretty clean install, and it makes use of all that empty space in the S2000's engine compartment; however, you know that's going to push the weight distro forward.
Weight distro aside, I still prefer the stock motor.

Oh, and that engine bay looks TT 300ZX cramped. Definately some nice work, just not something I would personally do, even if I had enough skill or money.
Clean looking swap, anymore details on it? In particular, what all modifications were made to the firewall, subframe and steering rack? Also what trans and rear end were used?
