The Anteros XTM is a limited production 2-seat convertible sports car featuring 400 to 600 horsepower, a carbon fiber composite body with a fine leather & wood interior, and state-of-the-art technology throughout.
Anteros takes its name from the ancient god of Passion. It is a passionate expression of Automotive Fine Art. Anteros Founders, John Rothman, and son, David Rothman, commissioned a team of talented designers and fabricators to create a brutally elegant car that seamlessly blends both contemporary and classic sports car DNA into a stunning artistic sculptural statement. Anteros uses the base engineering of the C6 platform as a foundation to create this rolling sculpture in carbon fiber and luxury leather.
With pricing between $125,000 and $135,000, the ANTEROS XTM will be manufactured on a semi-custom build-to-order basis.
Anteros Marketing, a California based coachbuilder, also has under development the Anteros XTS Targa featuring a removable hardtop. Their future plans are to release the Anteros XTR Hardtop based on the ZO6 platform that will feature horsepower of 505 to 655 HP.

This might be a repost, I remember putting it up ages ago. Either way, I like the exterior, but the interior's construction quality looks horrid.

I like how the hood is basically the entire front end of the car - reminds me of some British classics like the Spitfire.
I like how it looks, but I agree that the interior's quality looks cheap, especially for a $125k car.

One of the ugliest steering wheels I've ever seen.

The inside is a Corvette interior with a cheap wood package...and the car looks like a horrible Fiat Barchetta, C6 corvette and a Ferrari MM sandwich.
Nope...I don't like it.

It's ugly and the fact it's based on a Corvette and makes me hate it more. Not because the Corvette is a bad car but because this company took a cheap easy way out. And their logo on the steering wheel looks like a retarded 5 year old made it and their wooden touches suck. Everything this company did to the Corvette makes it suck. I'd rather save myself a shit ton of money by getting a real Z06 and not drive this ugly unoriginal piece of shit.

This car has been out for a while now, I first saw it reviewed in a kit car magazine about a year ago. If the body was sold as a $10,000 bodykit for the C6 instead of as an overpriced custom car, there might be hope for sales.

I actually like the exterior styling (except for those taillights), but if they really want to be a coachbuilders, the interior needs to be of MUCH higher quality.

I concur. The 1st pic looked promising, then I saw the rest.

Great front, decent back, interior gets the job done. And as long as it's at least as good as the Corvette to drive I couldn't bitch about the driving part either.
I'll give it an A for effort and a B for execution.

I dunno about the interior, at the money they're asking, and the fact that they're claiming they're "coach builders," I think it needs to be a lot better. Fisker, didn't neccesarily change the interior designs of the car they rebody, but they definately redid them so they looked classy and high-quality.
