It's a Russian E39. The post was originally made on the M5 boards. He's racing an MTM tuned RS4.

Uhh...btw that's pretty much what every day driving is like in Saudi. You guys wouldn't last a second in the passenger seat of my car or any of my friends' cars either...actually they're a lot worse than me...
