If it really worked I would have heard of it by now.

Its electrolysis. Which means it takes more energy to convert the water into its "fuel" form than you get out of burning it. Whereas it may be a neat novelty, it probably is so ineffecient that it isn't being really considered for anything.

HHO sounds like a huge load of bullshit. Hydrogen cannot bond with more then 1 atom. 2 Hydrogen atoms drawn out is H-O-H, whereas the oyxgen atom can have more then 1 bond. H-H is possible, but H-H-O is not.

^maybe that's the idea behind the name....electrolysis to H2 and bond with O......so....HHO

or simply H20 -> 2 H....so HHO
