Its electrolysis. Which means it takes more energy to convert the water into its "fuel" form than you get out of burning it. Whereas it may be a neat novelty, it probably is so ineffecient that it isn't being really considered for anything.

HHO sounds like a huge load of bullshit. Hydrogen cannot bond with more then 1 atom. 2 Hydrogen atoms drawn out is H-O-H, whereas the oyxgen atom can have more then 1 bond. H-H is possible, but H-H-O is not.

or simply H20 -> 2 H....so HHO
