It was my understanding that the SLR was made only in Black and Silver. But then i see photos of it in greeen...now did they add another colour to the list or is it custom/exclusive? or are my eyes playing a trick coz thats just a lot of fucking green being reflected on the black (i doubt thats the case..but meh)

Looks like forest green as well. I'm sure if you're spending $500,000 on a car, they'll do a custom colour for free.

First off, it looks SOOO badass in green. Second, I'm sure you can get any color you like, there's a white one in Qatar...the most badass looking SLR there is.

The one I saw and posted, was a custom paint job as well, with graphics on the hood and sponsers on the side. The actual base was a really really nice metallic silver/black though.

I like it! Green is my favoritecolor. A little darker and it would almost be like Da Monster.

Wow, it looks great in this color. And omfg it has a tan/brown interior!!! I love it!

Ferrari only made the Enzo's in Black, Yellow and Red yet I've seen pics of a few white ones and other colors. They look so much better in the non-standard Ferrari colors.

Have you heard about the white SLK that has an SLR engine in it?
The hood had to be cut to fit the intercoolers. Here's the only pics I could find on my HD:

I've never liked the way the SLR looks, but these colors are both improvements over the black and silver I had seen in the past. They're still overgrown Mercedes Benz penis-mobiles with silly detailing, but the colors serve to soften the details and make the car look better.

When I try to picture an SLR I think garbage.... but when I SEE just an actual picture of an SLR I think awesome.

I still hate it for the electronic brakes... that's just retarded.

But I don't hate it for the transmission anymore.

BRG isn't a reall colour aswell. It's a range of green shades.

I wish I still had the hi res of that one red SLR in Oman. There is a prince there with a fleet of 3 red, 3 black and one red SLR's.
There's also blue.

The green and white paint schemes are gorgeous. I was never crazy about the looks of them until i saw one in person at a local MB dealership, it was amazing.

No way. This car must be silver.

Only a nice, reflective silver colour can properly accentuate this cars complex lines.

No that pinkish color and red are much worse. Silver is just of cliche that's all.
