I got this video I recorded with fraps and its Windows Media Player format. The video is 148MB which is too fucking big. I just need to make it so its not as big of a file.

I like to run stuff through STOIK video converter...it's pretty fast and makes reasonably compact WMVs without significant losses in quality.

I acutally just got it down to 4mb with windows movie maker but im going to try stoik instead.

Converting wmv files can be a bitch though.

I use autoGK with other files, works great and fantastic quality is easy to setup.

divx converter all the way. dropped my smash bros. vids from ~300mb down to 20.
