I just ordered the new Dell 2007WFP and I'm having a hard time finding 1680x1050 CAR wallpapers. Can you guys help me out?

Thanks smile.gif

Why not 1920x1200?

Ren, read: http://forums.dieselstation.com/index.php?showtopic=17424

And just go for the big stuff and resize it, Diesel is starting to put up 1920x1200 versions and http://www.seriouswheels.com has a bunch too. smile.gif

Plus, resizing 1600x1200 pics up a tad doesn't reduce the quality noticeably as long as it was good to begin with.

If you search on Deviantart.com there should be some widescreen and dual-display wallpapers. They almost never have car related ones, but I'm sure that you could find somthing you like there.

thanks guys

Renesis, I've got the 2005FPW and I find it difficult sometimes to get hold of high-res wallpaper images. Though Diesel is posting up some rather excellent 1920*1200 images at the moment thumbs_up.gif

This is one of the reasons why I pop the odd high-res request into alt. binaries too... current 'paper is this one...

... which Zonda kindly sorted out for me biggrin.gif

I'll post some more of mine up later on for you if you like? Most of them though to be honest have been created from images on Dieselstation, or from Google. And mostly PBB's images! laugh.gif

Cheers

what sucks is that I need sth bigger tha 1600x1200 if i want to crop and that's hard to find..

Well, taking diesel's 1920x1200 widescreens and resizing them in photoshop to 87.5% is a good way to get good widescreens, but the selection is limited.

Really, just look for 1920x1200 wallpapers and scale them (Windows should be able to do it do you don't have teh photoshop it).

Yeah I was a subscriber there a while back. I still have all of the wallpapers from when I was a subscriber in 1600x1200. Ill probably resubscribe when I have some extra cash.
