So i finally found a site where i could load my video...

Neighbor's GT
Pking688
Wow that was exciting. But seriously he's your neighbor?
Brohim
Yup...this guy has had some other awesome cars like a RUF and a bunch of Ferrari's. Also an S65 and a Range Rover
Boxster17
I love the sound of that car.
Tirminyl
Damn. Sounds sooo good.
Jordan
...sooooo that was cool and all... but you should've asked him to revv it up more... i wanted to hear it howl

cool though man, thats awsome.
idiot
most exciting video, ever.
clarkma5
Unfortunate it's just in his driveway, but it sounds amazing nonetheless. The way it builds revs (and then loses them afterward) is insane...it seems like you can just tap the throttle and it'll hit ~5k or so.
Easton
Thats just glorious.. like it just came out of a Ferrari or something. I always associated the Porsche with more turbo-like sounds. This changes everything.

more like it just came out of an F1 car.

i love how those sound. they remind me of a big cat, like a panther or something. i finally saw one driving around today, but it was going like 2mph (pedestrian traffic)
CRiZO
I've seen a few around here, they sound.... hot.

One was weaving through traffic... I turned off my radio to listen to it.
goota
my god that is sexy. I wish I can see one on the road, then ill go run up and touch it biggrin.gif

LOL

and wow.. thats your neighbor.. quite the wealthy neighborhood you live in.
duality
that car is just gorgeous...
Spike23
Wow ur neighbor is really wealthy.
Thats a sweet car and amazing garage i love the design. Just wondering though how come so much revving? What is going on.
Brohim
I think the guy was showing off at first...but the driver said that he has to keep the revs up or the engine will die
Spike23
Oh...didn't know that. I'd just thought it'd idle like any manual car and not die so fast.

why doesn't he just get somebody to raise the idle?

or fix it... if i had a 500,000 dollar car and my idle sputtered i'd get it fixed.
clarkma5
uhhh a Carrera GT will idle without dying.

With its pitifully small amount of rotational mass, though, it is extremely easy to stall, which I suspect the guy was talking about (aka, "I have to rev it while I'm moving it to keep it from stalling")
