the back is hideous, and the front is a blatant ripoff of the previous generation cadillac sts

The exterior is kind of boring, but the interior is AWESOME. Looks like architecture from the New Deal era.

I think that the new Zephyr (Fusion and Milan as well) all look pretty decent. At least better than most other vehicles those companies have out.

The Fusion looks alright, but the others are kind of boring/ugly.

The Zephyr looks much better in person. I like it. The badges are huge though.

It's a great design, atleast they didnt go japanese which the Germans seem to be doing lately (S class, Jetta etc)

yep, they look very similar. the front of the zephyr looks like what the new sts would look like if cadillac kept their previous design direction

There's only so many different way a car can be shaped. Especially a large American luxury sedan. I really, really doubt that the Lincoln design team sat down and said "hey, let's make a car that looks like a 1992 DeVille."
Throw a can of paint at a wall enough times and eventually two different splatters will look remarkably similar. But that doesn't imply to me any sort of copying.
Face it--ALL big American luxury sedans look pretty darned similar when compared to everything from a GTI to a Tacoma to a Miata.

okay,

the only real similarity is vertical bars in the grill. the zephyr has the same basic shape as the sts. skinny rectangular lights separated by a wide rectangular grill that has a top in line with the top of the lights and a bottom that sticks down about 2 inches beyond the bottom of the lights. the lower portion of the front is also very similar

Isnt it based on the Mazda6? if so it would probably be more shorter and rounder than the STS, hence it would resemble the LS alot more, because the STS is longer, wider and alot more angled

god's sakes its a seville not a deville. Don't you know your bloated land barges?
and i like the Zephyr but i'd rather hae a fusion, i like the fusion's interior much better.
'course you'll be able to get AWD in a Zephyr. But it's still not worth the price premium.
