i say use DVD Shrink. it rips the DVD to fit to 4.3GB which you can then burn to a single DVD media, or save it as a folder on your computer which PowerDVD can just load up and play anytime. and it's SUPER easy.

www.dvdshrink.com - it shrinks any dvd to fit any normal dvd-r and you can either burn the movie onto ur hard drive or burn it onto the memory and divert to nero and burn it...
word of warning..if u burn it to hard drive, and u go to burn it with another program, make sure the folder the movie is in, is called VIDEO_TS otherwise it wont burn as a dvd.

I've just used Intervideo DVD Copy since it came with my Motherboard, and I always have AnyDVD running the background which cracks the DVD Copy Protection. And that's nice and easy to use. You could even have it burn straight to a DVD if you wanted as well.
