Well as most of you know from my original thread back in April, my mom was in the hospital. She had problems with her thyroid, diabeties and kidneys. She's been in and out of the ICU constantly. At one point she was actually doing a lot better, talking and everything. But recently she took a turn for the worst and for lack of better way to explain this...

My mother passed away at 9:10est on August 6th, 2005. I'm going to miss her very much but she was in a lot of pain and I know that this is for the best for her. I know this is what she would of really wanted many months ago. I figured I'd give everyone an update on what finally happened.

I want to thank everyone for their support, those whom I've spoken with throughout this entire ordeal. I'll be fine, just letting everyone know this.

Again, that really sucks. I wish you guys the best.

I for one, feel like a complet douche. I found out i think first, asking him what he thought of this hard drive I had picked out was. It was an utter shock, and I felt I had lost something of a mother too. For almost 2 summers strait, I was there, with Donny and his famaily, and she basically took me under her wing. I still cannot believe it happend, but it was for the best. It seemed she has been sick for some time. My thoughts and feelings go to Donny and his family. And I promise, man, that I am here when you need to talk, no matter what the past has shown. I hope you the best, Donny.

I am truly sorry to hear this. I lost my mother 10 years ago and it's a life changing thing you've just endured. You are in my prayers, my friend.

I can tell you from experience that she'll always be with you. I don't know your feelings or beliefs on religion and the afterlife but I know my mother is still with me watching over me. There are so many things that have happened to me in the last 10 years that have her fingerprints all over them, so to speak. My mother died in a similar way to yours so I know exactly how you feel.
