As for the design being, for some too much TVR, I'd say it's not. Because every design element, except the headlamps (Which is a bit TVR T350 I see...) is purely Marcos. The rear end, dates back to the cars they made before the 1800 GT. The sideprofile is pretty much similar to how Marcos' has always been, with the long bonnet and short coupe space. And last but not lest, the simple and functional interior, aluminium panel lined with leather on the dash in a traditional british sense. Allthough I must say they were lucky with the interior colour, opposed to the slightly booring exterior colour on the press car...

ok, this car looks f'ing sexy as a hardtop, i'd say this this is actually more attractive than the ungainly T350C.

how much is it supposed to cost? sounds good, but i would rather a TVR, Noble, or maybe a Weissman if i wanted a car like this.

About £40K... The same as a Sagaris, only this Marcos has much more grunt...

does it handle as well as the Sagaris? TVR's dont make that much, profit wise, meaning they put a lot of money into their cars. They are relatively cheap since their build quality in the interiors arent good. I am trying to find out why the Marcos is so cheap.

First off... Marcos doesen't develop the chassis themselves. Okay, they started with giving theyr'e old chassis to Prodrive to make them tweak it for the best performance possible (The roadtests done on the TSO Roadster is very good so far) The engine comes out of the old Corvette and is tweaked by Marcos, it's very cheap. The interior in the Marcos is simpler than in the TVR, money saved. So there you go...

Then you'd be suprized to know it's been designed by the same man (Damian McTaggart) who have done all TVRs since the Cerbera up to the T350...

I think this car has a different appeal than the Sagaris (Which is sold for exactly the same price) Marcos is now offering a car in the narrow segement that has been uncovered since the demise of the TVR Griffith...

Cerbera was a pretty car ... everything following the T350 falls under the revoltingly ugly category.

The T350 is fairly insignificantly designed, the Tuscan and Sagaris arent.
I dont see how the T350 can look terrible to some people

How this car is ugly in anyones eyes must certainly be a mystery...

the TSO's rear lines remind me of aston martin. the overall shape reminds me of TVR thought. small companies like these may have original designs, but if they are released even a day after a more well known company like TVR releases a car, anything about the small companies car that even slightly resembles the more popular car will be called a copy.


and what the fuck, why are they marketing this as affordable? you market a saturn coupe as affordable, you market a subaru legacy as affordable, you do not market your companies new flag ship supercar that you've spent years developing as affordable, that brings down the prestige of the brand.

I think it's ugly, a bad mix of design cues from the Blenheim and the T350...
