So...in math today I was screwing around with some graphing calculators (TI-83 Pluses) and it was alot of fun, and I bet I'm gonna need one for next year and all, so I was wondering if anyone here *coughfibercough* would happen to have a graphing calculator that they'd like to sell me for a dieselstation discount. keke Anyway...yeah.

i bought mine(83+) like over 3 years ago, i had over 70 games on it. I was king of the 7th grade math for that

. But sadly it broke a year later, stupid piece of shit. How much are you selling the 83+ for?

I'd say $60 USD is a fair deal, dpends on the usage and how much Bankie's done with it.

We got them from school last year in Applied math. I kept it for two more years, and it saved me so much time on my precal homework lol.
Definetly wish I still had one.

Don't bother with anything less than a TI-86. I personally have a TI-89 and I swear by it. Spend the money and go for a 89, it'll be worth it. It can handle variables and solve 1/2 your math problems for you. That alone makes it worth the money...

i used a ti-83+ through 3 years of calc in high school, and i never needed anything more... you can spend the money ($130+) on an 89 and it can solve a few extra equations for you, so its up to you whether you want to learn the calculus, or have the calculator do it for you

Yeah I know at my high school we were only allowed to use the TI-83, well we could use any of them, but on the final exams we could only use the TI-83 and in the IB, only those final exams matter...

wow i feel old. i got the original TI-83 when it was new. it sucked at that time tho. everyone else had TI-82s or 85s so i couldn't get many games for it. they're awesome tho, find some brainiacs to write programs to run the equations you need.
