I have had Linux installed on my computer for two days now, and I already miss windows. I gave up all my music, and EVERYTHING INCLUDING ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS2 for Linux. I thought I would like the change, But linux just seems to bore me. It has many good features, if you are a businessman. I MISS WINDOWS DAMNIT!

I don't wanna. I only have a 30 gig HD right now.

lol, I wouldn't ever have given up my windows system that fast

Do you have any old computers around the house? You could use that to learn on, it's what I would do.

Oh, and for the business world, it's windows! Even though my servers run CentOS, I can easily say that the business world runs on Windows and that is the right choice! I know people who go around to banks on Linux setups and with permission, within 10 minutes have it broken into with a small team of people without any prior use on their systems from outside computers. This gets them over to Windows pretty fast wink.gif

I'll stop here, it'll make a useless flame thread tongue_orig.gif

build a seperate test machine, get a 2nd hard drive and swap the ribbon, or get a hot-swap hard drive tray. Since linux can run well on something that's not that powerful, just find someone who'se about to chuck their older machine and ask if you can have it. ding, test box! smile.gif
